From the moment you book to the last clean dish — here’s what actually happens.
Nothing. Christopher handles grocery shopping, all prep, cooking every course, plating, and complete kitchen cleanup after. You don’t stock the fridge, you don’t wash a single pan. The only thing we ask: have plates, glasses, and cutlery for your guests.
That’s it. Truly.
Tell us when you book — in the note field. Every menu is built from scratch so your chef designs entirely around your needs. Serious allergies are flagged directly to the chef before they plan a single ingredient.
Gluten-free, vegan, keto, nut-free — our chefs have cooked around all of it.
Your card is saved when you book but not charged until your chef confirms — usually within 2 hours. At that point, a 20% deposit is charged.
The remaining 80% is charged automatically 48 hours before your event. Free reschedule up to 72 hours before. If your chef can’t make it, you’re fully refunded or matched with an equally-rated replacement.
Any kitchen with a working oven and stovetop. Our chefs are professionals — they’ve cooked Michelin-quality meals in tiny apartment kitchens. They bring their own tools, knives, and equipment.
If you’re unsure, just mention it in your booking note and the chef will confirm in advance.
Not at all. Our most loyal guests book for ordinary Tuesday nights. There’s something about having a private chef that makes even a regular dinner feel like an event worth remembering.
That said — anniversaries, proposals, birthdays, client dinners, dinner parties — yes, we do those incredibly well too.
